We have used Instant Black Car several times, including rides to SFO, concerts in the East Bay and trips to Napa. The vehicles (SUVs, Sedans, Limo) have all been in great shape and the drivers are always on time and deliver great service. Would highly recommend.

I first met Amrik when renting an Uber to get my 2021 COVID immunization in Fairfield. The service and personal care given during the day was extraordinary. I continued to use Amrik for transportation to the airport, picking up family visiting and flying in through S.F. He has been super helpful, prompt, accommodating, reasonable, communicative...I will continue to work with Amrik as long as he is available. He makes me feel safe and comfortable traveling with him.

My wife and I recently visited Napa Valley for our 30th wedding anniversary and used Instant Black Car services with Amrik as our driver. Amrik drove us safely to each of our destinations and was knowledgeable about local wineries and restaurants. He even made recommendations to popular restaurants with the best quality food and wine which we were thankful for. We will definitely use Instant Black Car services next year when we return!
